Design intent
Turn the site into a reliable hub for three top tasks: track a parcel, explore services, and find or rent containers. The experience uses clear IA, scannable cards, and accessible visuals so visitors can act in seconds.
Problem
Key actions were buried in dense pages, feedback on tracking was weak, and visuals felt inconsistent. People struggled to locate services, compare container options, and trust results, which slowed decisions and hurt conversions.
Solution
A task-first redesign with strong states and WCAG-aligned UI.
1) Top tasks surfaced: primary “Track parcel” entry, secondary “Explore all,” and service cards for sea, air, and rail.
2) Quick Track widget: a compact module for number entry with loading, error, and success states that reduce uncertainty.
3) Container marketplace: standardized cards with size, price, and availability, plus simple filters to compare quickly.
4) Wayfinding and trust: concise navigation, a world map with clear pins, credible stats, and consistent imagery.
5) System for delivery: responsive grid, tokens for color and type, component specs ready for handoff, and contrast checked to meet AA with many cases at AAA.
