Design intent

Make trip planning fast and calm by reducing cognitive load and elevating top tasks. The approach uses task-first IA, concise copy, and accessible visuals so visitors can scan, decide, and move with confidence.

Problem

Navigation was unclear, pages were unstructured, and visual appeal was low. People struggled to find hours and maps, received little feedback after actions, and accessibility needs were not met, which undermined trust and planning.

Solution

1) Wayfinding that mirrors real goals: surface Hours, Maps, Activities, and Alerts with logical grouping and scannable sections.

2) Structured content: card patterns, concise copy, and a consistent layout so visitors can read less and accomplish more.

3) Visible feedback: hover, pressed, loading, error, and success states that confirm actions and reduce abandonment.

4) Accessible, nature-aligned visuals: high-quality imagery and contrast that meets AA to AAA where required.
